Privacy notice for website visitors, leads, and project inquiries

This notice explains what Alconite collects through its website, how that information is used, when it may be shared, and how cookie consent works for optional analytics and related technical data.

Contact submissions may include your name, company, email address, project type, message, and bot-verification response.

If analytics or security tooling is enabled, Alconite may process limited technical data such as IP address, approximate country or region, browser or device details, referrer, and page interaction events.

Alconite does not currently use this website to run cross-site advertising pixels or sell visitor personal data.

1. Scope and controller

This privacy notice applies to the Alconite website, contact forms, and related pre-sales or project inquiry communications initiated through this site. It covers how Alconite Inc handles personal data in connection with marketing its consulting, custom software development, design, and infrastructure rollout services.

This notice does not replace any separate privacy, security, confidentiality, or data-processing terms that may appear in a signed master services agreement, statement of work, data processing addendum, or similar client contract.

2. Information you provide directly

When you contact Alconite through the website, Alconite may receive business or professional information that you choose to submit so the company can evaluate and respond to your inquiry.

Name

Company name

Business email address

Selected project or service category

Project description or message contents

Bot-verification or anti-abuse response data used to protect the form

3. Cookies, IP data, and optional analytics

Alconite currently uses a small cookie to remember whether the browser accepted or declined optional cookies. That cookie is associated with the browser that made the selection so the site can respect the choice on later visits.

If Alconite later enables optional analytics, performance monitoring, or comparable measurement tooling, and where required by law obtains consent first, Alconite may collect limited technical data tied to a browser or device identifier. This may include IP address, approximate country or region inferred from IP, browser and operating system details, referring page, pages viewed, feature interactions, and basic timing or error information.

Alconite does not currently use this site to create cross-site behavioral advertising profiles. If that changes, this notice and the cookie experience should be updated before the feature is activated.

4. How Alconite uses information

Alconite uses collected information only for legitimate business and operational purposes connected to the website and its services.

To respond to inquiries and discuss potential projects

To prepare proposals, estimates, or pre-contract communications

To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website

To detect abuse, spam, fraud, or unauthorized activity

To measure site usage or performance if optional analytics are enabled

To comply with legal obligations and protect Alconite's rights

6. Sharing with service providers

Alconite may share information with vendors or subprocessors that help operate the website or support communications, such as hosting providers, email delivery providers, bot-protection vendors, infrastructure vendors, and analytics providers if analytics is later enabled.

Those providers are expected to process data only as needed to provide their services. Alconite does not currently describe this website as a data-selling or data-brokering service and does not intend to sell visitor personal data collected through the site.

7. Retention and deletion

Alconite keeps inquiry and contact information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, evaluate business opportunities, maintain relevant records, and satisfy legal, tax, security, or dispute-resolution requirements.

The cookie that stores your consent choice is designed to persist for a limited period so the site can remember the preference on return visits. If a website inquiry turns into a client relationship, retention for project-related materials will be governed by the applicable services agreement, statement of work, or operational recordkeeping needs.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on your location and the laws that apply, you may have rights to request access to personal data, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, restriction, portability, objection to certain processing, or withdrawal of consent where consent was the basis for processing.

You may also manage or remove the cookie-based consent choice through your browser settings. Requests can be sent to [email protected]. Alconite may need to verify identity before completing a request.

9. Security, transfers, and children

Alconite uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Service providers used by Alconite may process data in the United States or other jurisdictions. Where required, Alconite expects appropriate safeguards to be used for cross-border processing. This site is intended for business and professional audiences and is not directed to children.

10. Contact Alconite

Questions about this notice, website privacy practices, or a rights request can be sent to [email protected]. Alconite may update this notice from time to time, and the updated version becomes effective when posted with a revised effective date.

At a glance

Minimal collection, clear purpose, no active advertising stack.

The current site primarily acts as a marketing and contact surface. At this time, the only browser cookie intentionally set through this experience is the cookie that records whether a visitor accepted or declined optional cookies. If optional analytics or similar tooling are enabled later, this notice is intended to cover that processing as well.
